Laser Treatments

Q: How often can I get laser treatments?

  • Laser Tattoo Removal: Every 6 weeks, unless otherwise advised.

  • Laser Spot Treatments (e.g., pigmentation, freckles, sunspots): Every 6 weeks to allow for full skin recovery.

  • Laser Carbon Facials: Every 4 weeks for optimal results.

Q: How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your skin type, concern, and individual goals. A tailored treatment plan will be created during your consultation.

Q: Does it hurt?
Discomfort levels vary per person. Most describe it as a quick snapping or warm sensation. Sessions are generally quick and well tolerated.



Teeth Whitening & Tooth Gems

Q: How often can I get teeth whitening?
Every 6–8 weeks, depending on your enamel and lifestyle.

Q: What should I do before my teeth appointment?
Please eat, drink, and brush your teeth beforehand for cleanliness and comfort.

Q: Can I remove my tooth gem myself?
No. Tooth gems must be removed by a dentist to avoid damage to your enamel.

Q: How long do whitening results last?
Results can last 2–24 months with proper aftercare. Avoid dark foods and drinks for at least 48 hours post-treatment.



Booking & Clinic Policies

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late changes or no-shows may result in loss of deposit.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
We have a strict no refund policy for all services and deposits.

Important Info Before Your Appointment

Q: Can I bring someone with me?
No. Clients must attend to treatment alone. Any extra persons will need to wait in the waiting room.

Q: Can I be treated while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. All treatments are unsuitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Q: I’m on medication — is that okay?
If you are taking any medications or have a medical condition, please speak with your doctor before booking any treatments.

Q: Can I attend if I’ve had alcohol or used drugs?
No. You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Doing so will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of your session.

Q: Is there an age limit?
Yes. You must be 18 years or older to receive treatment. Valid ID may be required.

Q: What if I behave inappropriately?
Aggressive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate session cancellation with no refund.

Q: What if I’m late?
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your session being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

Q: Is aftercare important?
Yes! Pre- and post-care instructions are vital to ensure the best possible results. We will provide you with everything you need to know.
